FUND ANALYST / COORDINATOR

We are seeking a self-starter and “Point of Contact” for various internal and external Stakeholders. You have great communication and interpersonal skills, a good listener, but can get you point over, but still remain humble.
Role
- Agile and entrepreneurial work environment
- Understand Funds and looking to develop your knowledge of them, have insight into their lifecycle from A – Z
- Support and run projects related to Funds (prepare specific presentations, investor information documents, fact sheets, etc.)
- Support and guide the clients, look after all administrative and operational aspects
- The “Point of Contact”, with ability of react and investigate all queries (clients, internal, stakeholders), keep clients informed about price and fee delivery, prepare launch data (Fund), etc.
- Be heavily involved in projects and seeking process changes/development/improvements.
Experience
- Masters level education and possibly further banking certification (CFA, CAIA, etc.) is nice to have or in progress
- YOU MUST HAVE a couple of years experience in financial services (asset or wealth management, FO, etc.)
- YOU MUST HAVE knowledge and understanding of investment products (funds, markets and asset classes, etc.)
- IT savvy and confident using PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
- You should be detail orient and accurate, can you think outside the box, enjoy a team environment and can still work well independently.
