2nd LEVEL TECHNICAL SUPPORT (Hebrew or Chinese)

You are responsible for ensuring a positive client/user service during technical support. You will support clients who have problems to numerous possible issues regarding their software products and mediate between in-house teams and clients to ensure a prompt and effective resolution of technical problems.

  • 2nd Level support relating to technical issues for Workstations (network testing new releases, connectivity, security protocols and Java configuration
  • Solving and investigating various different technical issues relating to Workstation
  • Supporting and mediating  between teams and customers ensuring speedy and positive resolution of problems
  • Handle queries relating 2-factor Multifactor Authentication for login
  • Coordinate and deal with increases in technical issues together with IT team

Requirements

  • You MUST have some programming and networking knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
  • We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset that can investigate and solve issues. 
  • At least 2 years of experience with Windows/Mac and hardware support, connectivity and networking support, some Java knowledge.
  • Outgoing and confident, with excellent communication skills in French or German, and English (Must have).
  • Flexible, open with ability to work in a team and independently.
