CLIENT REPORTING SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Supporting the Production Reporting (also multi-custody)
o Quality control and processing of differences in client reporting
o Analysis of current processes & interfaces as well as development of solutions in cooperation with IT
o Collaboration and further development of the reconciliation between Core Banking & Portfolio Management System
o Provision of technical expertise to front-line bankers
o Internal contact for professional and technical questions about the client reporting department
o General assistance and support in projects
REQUIREMENTS
o Banking or commercial apprenticeship with banking experience (or equivalent), a university degree in a relevant area is an advantage
o A number of years professional banking Reporting experience (MUST), possibly in investment reporting (is nice to have)
o Knowledge of securities (Wertschriften)
o Very good English (MUST). German (nice to have but not a must)
o IT savvy with knowledge of databases (SQL) and some experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
o Willing to take initiative, quick thinker and solution-oriented personality. Reliable, independent and analytical mindset
